3. When can I expect my order?
Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days for UK. We'll notify you once your order is dispatched.

4. I’ve noticed a mistake! Can I change my order?
Spot of Headrush, have we? Don’t worry - we can amend your delivery details so long as we have not shipped your order. We are unfortunately unable to amend your personalisation.

5.How can I pay?
It’s no Dirty Secret so we’re here to dish it out for you…

We accept all major Debit and Credit cards. You can also pay using Paypal, Apple Pay and Shoppay.

6.Where do you ship to?
Even if you’re a Queen For A Day, we’ll only be able to ship products to United Kingdom. But don’t worry! We are working very hard to expand this list so keep your eyes peeled!

7.What if my order is incorrect/damaged on delivery?

If you find an issue with your order please let our friendly Customer Services Team know as soon as possible. You can contact them at or call 01507 602101. Please note you will need to provide a photograph of the issue and having received proof of incorrect/damaged or defective products we will either refund you or offer you a replacement. You will receive a refund within 5 working days.

8.I have received a cancellation email due to my personalisation.
We totally get it- everyone wants to create their very own Masterpiece!

However, there are rules in place which may restrict the use of what will be allowed on the item, such as trademark infringement, legal reasons or potentially being offensive to other people. This may include some names, for example, those with double meanings may be excluded.

If you think this is an error, can we ask you to email our consumer care team ( and they will be able to assist you further.

9. Can I add more aerosol sprays to my basket?
We don’t mean to be a Control Freak however safety is at the utmost importance to Team Bed Head.

Due to stricter regulations around aerosols we can only allow 2x units of aerosol products per basket.
